Ofsted
Please find a copy of our latest Ofsted report from when the Inspection Team visited in May 2025. Although there is no longer an overall judgement, the school was judged to be GOOD in 4 out of 5 areas. Below are a few of the comments included in the report:
The provision for pupils’ personal development is a strength of the school. There is a broad and inclusive approach, ensuring equal access to all opportunities.
Pupils benefit from many opportunities that broaden their understanding of the world. This helps them to develop an appreciation of differences in their community. Pupils enjoy the interesting range of clubs and opportunities to explore and develop talents and interests.
Pupils are clear about the expectations staff have to manage behaviour consistently. This has resulted in behaviour being calmer and more orderly in lessons and around school. This helps pupils to feel safe. They are confident that staff address issues effectively across the school.
Thank you for your continuing support of this school and for entrusting your children to us. They are an amazing group of young people to work with.
Continuing from the Ofsted Inspection we will continue to have a range of external reviews from both REAch2 (our Multi-Academy Trust) and West Sussex Local Authority and are designed to help us make sure we continue to deliver excellent learning opportunities for all of our pupils, as well as adapting practice where necessary. We have treated the Ofsted judgement as an indication that we are going in the right direction.
